As a Scrum Master, I played a critical role in designing the entire website, managing the team, and implementing technical solutions to ensure the website was successfully deployed and publicly accessible.

(1) Website Design
- Led the UI/UX design, ensuring a clean layout, proper color scheme, and smooth user interactions.
- Planned the user experience flow to make features clear and intuitive.

- This section displays globally famous landscapes, allowing users to explore and visualize iconic travel destinations. It provides descriptions and images, enhancing the user’s knowledge of different locations.
- Post System:
- Users can share travel experiences by sending text. They can also collect posts in their profiles for future reference and social engagement. This feature promotes community interaction and allows users to document their journeys.

- Challenge:Faced CORS policy errors while trying to connect the frontend and backend, preventing API calls from functioning. Some API endpoints returned incorrect data due to mismatches between database schemas and frontend expectations.
- Solution: Used Postman to test API responses and confirm the exact cause of errors.Adjusted backend CORS settings to allow secure cross-origin requests. Refactored JSON responses to match the expected structure, ensuring smooth data flow between frontend and backend.
